Overview The 2-star Longhorn Casino & Hotel in Boulder Strip district provides a casino and a bar. The budget venue features 150 air-conditioned rooms. Across from Sam’s Town on Boulder Highway, the Longhorn Hotel has all of the down-home amenities you’d expect from a “Boulder Strip” motel, including the Longhorn Casino and restaurant. The 150 guest rooms feature king- and queen-size beds.
Longhorn Casino is located on Boulder Highway at the intersection of Harmon Avenue. Boulder Station and Arizona Charlie’s are the two closest casinos. At 4,825 square feet, Longhorn is much smaller than most other casinos on Boulder Highway – and guests that frequent Las Vegas resorts may find it to be a smoky and dirty.
The casino is best known for its liberal blackjack rules. There is little else remarkable about Longhorn Casino, however. It is aimed at low-limit gamblers on a budget; and for that it, serves its purpose quite well.
